Deep Relaxation with The Doctor





So Sunday was my third class and it was a smoother trip then the last. I know right now I could use the dead man moment from the get go. I am working to bring back the deep relaxation, heck any relaxation from class to the world we live in and work in from day to day.

Right now my biggest point of weakness, the part of my body that is having the most trouble. Its my wrist, yep the thinnest point on my arm. The transitions from downward Dog to the other poses and back are quite the chore.

Then there is inversions, and anything that requires me being on my back and getting my legs up. So not happening right now, but I will do it and will keep on trucking.

On a lighter now I can now call the lion pose the happy doctor due to watching too much David Tenant and the Doctor Who: The Complete Second Series.
